Create a Trismag key first, then use the same account email at Stripe checkout. Never enter your key into Stripe.

Used to verify your account and record acceptance. Not saved in browser storage or sent to Stripe.

Completely unused packs: request a full refund within 14 calendar days. Partial refunds are reviewed individually. Mandatory rights are preserved.

Stripe shows the final quantity, tax and total before you pay. The merchant account may display “Phantom”; check that the product is Trismag scan credits.

After payment

Check your purchased balance with GET /v1/usage using your API key. Returning from Stripe is not proof of delivery. If credits are missing, contact support with your account email and receipt reference. Do not buy another pack to fix a missing delivery.
